Bookings

Making an online booking

The Website contains online booking facilities for Potts Point Hotel and Sweethearts Rooftop. To make an online booking, you must complete all relevant fields in the online booking flow, including your name, mobile number, email address and any special requests required before booking.

After submitting the online booking request, you will receive an immediate confirmation email.

You will not be charged a booking fee for making an online booking request. You simply pay us for your meal, drink or function at its conclusion.

 

Changing an online booking

For all online bookings other than online Group Bookings, to make a change or changes to the date, time or number of diners in an online booking, you must contact the Reservations Team on 02 9368 7333. Our Reservations Team is open daily from 8am to 6pm AEST.

Any changes are made at the absolute discretion of the venue at which you have booked and are subject to availability.

 

Cancelling a booking

For all online bookings other than online Group Bookings, to cancel your booking, you must contact the Reservations Team on 02 9368 7333.

The venue’s contact information can be found in the Online Booking Confirmation or on the Website.

 

Credit Card Capture

Dining on a set menu

Credit card details are required to secure all reservations who are dining on a set menu or group, space booking. No deposit is processed on your credit card, full payment must be made in venue on the day of your reservation.

Confirming your party size

Confirmation of your reservation and final numbers is required 48 hours prior to the reservation date and time of your reservation. Increases to your party size may be accepted, subject to management approval.

Cancellation Fee

Should you need to cancel your booking or decrease your group numbers, we request 48 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the set menu price per person. All set menu prices are available online or through contacting our reservations team.

Changes outside of the 48 hours’ notice

Should you not show up for your reservation (set menu booking) or cancel outside of the 48-hour notice period a cancellation fee will be charged to the card provided at the time of booking.

 

Committing to a group minimum spend

Credit card details are required to secure all reservations who are committing to a minimum spend, this can be spent on food or beverages. No deposit is processed on your credit card, full payment must be made in venue on the day of your reservation.

Reaching your minimum spend

When committing to a minimum spend your group can do this by purchasing food or beverages at the agreed venue at the time of your reservation. If you do not reach your agreed minimum on the day of your reservation the remaining amount will be charged to the card provided.

Confirming your party size

Confirmation of your reservation and final numbers is required 48 hours prior to the reservation date and time of your reservation. Increases to your party size may be accepted, subject to management approval.

Cancellation Fee

Should you need to cancel your booking, we request 48 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of agreed minimum spend. All minimum spends are available through our online booking facility upon booking or through contacting our reservations team.

Changes outside of the 48 hours’ notice

Should you not show up for your reservation (Group/ Space Booking) or cancel outside of the 48-hour notice period a cancellation fee of $10 per person booked, will be charged to the card provided at the time of booking.
